  b. Industrial/Educational Tour

 i. ‘PICNIC’ cum ‘FAREWELL’  

To give fare well to the pass out students by existing final year students, college arranged a picnic at Motel-the Village, Rajkot with delicious dinner and DJ party.

ii. INDUSTRIAL TOUR (28th Sep 2008)

An industrial tour was arranged for second year students at Que Pharma, wadhwan as the part of academic activity.

iii. TOUR FINAL YEAR (29th Nov - 1st Dec 2008)  

An educational tour was arranged for final year students at Dunny Island to expose them to various sea animals.  

iv. INDUSTRIAL TOUR (28th Sep 2008)

An industrial tour was arranged for second year students at Que Pharma, wadhwan as the part of academic activity.

v. IPC TOUR (10th Dec - 21st Dec 2008)

As the part of academic activity IPC tour at Delhi, for the 3rd year students was arranged. Students were exposed to various novel instruments in pharma expo, as well as they came in interactions with various researchers in poster presentations section during the tour. After attending IPC, students had a tour to MANALI, Del-housie and Amritsar.  

 c. Other Activities :

 1. SPORTS WEEK (1st Dec -7th Dec 2008)

  Sports Week was arranged to boost sports activities of students. As part of it various outdoor and indoor games eg. cricket, volley-ball, chess, badminton, debate, rangoli competition, carom, lemon spoon, tug-of-war, short put, long jump etc. Prizes were given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners of each game.

  2. TALENT WEEK (1st-7th Jan 2009)  

As the part of pharma week celebration various days were arranged to dig up the talents of students. Days like Mismatch day, Twins day, Traditional day, Bully day, School day, First Aid Day, Group Day were celebrated. The winners of the day were awarded with various prizes.

  3. “Freshers’ Day cum New Year Celebration” (31st Dec 2008)

  To welcome first year students and to dig up various skills of students’ freshers’ party and New Year celebration was arranged on 31st Dec. students performed various cultural programs, and gala dinner was arranged for the invitees and RBPMPC family. After 12:00 pm of 31st night cake cutting ceremony was organized. Cake was cut by Prof. (Dr.) N. P. Jivani and invited honorable guest Prof. (Dr.) S. Y. Gabhe to welcome Year 2009 and a grand DJ party was organized.  

  4. ‘DASHABDI MAHOTSAV’ (4th Jan 2009)

  As the part of celebration of completing 10 years in education field of mts. DBPET.  of institution, dashabdi mahotsav was celebrated. Various cultural programs were performed by college students. With the combine efforts of Lions club of Rajkot and Red Cross Society, blood donation camp was arranged and 91 units of blood was donated to the Red Cross Society. 

  5. INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION (6th Mar)

  For the celebration of international women’s day, students of 3rd year B. Pharm arranged one picnic at Motel The Village, Rajkot.  

 6. NAVRATRI CELEBRATION 

  For the celebration of Prachin Navratri total 167 students of this college were participated in Shree Sharda Garbi Mandal Navratri Mahotsav 2008-09 in the campus.
